These are some frequently asked questions about Nailner products.

How does Nailner work?

Nailner formulas effectively treat and prevent fungal nail infection in both toenails and fingernails.
A unique carrier system allows the ingredients to saturate the nail and fight the fungus at its core by altering the PH level in the nail, which creates an unfavorable environment for fungi to survive.

Can Nailner treatments be applied onto painted nails?

Nailner Treat and Colour contains a breathable nail polish that can be applied over a treatment, but it should be removed prior to applying the next treatment.

Can diabetics and those with reduced blood circulation use Nailner?

Consult a doctor before using Nailner treatment products if diabetic or have reduced blood circulation.

Can Nailner be used when pregnant and breast-feeding?

Nailner has not been specifically tested for its safety for women during their pregnancy or breastfeeding. In general, pregnant and breastfeeding women who wish to treat their nail fungus should consult their doctor prior to starting any treatment.

Can children use Nailner products?

There is no age limit for using Nailner products but consult a doctor if the child is under the age of 16. Since, nail fungus is rare in children we recommend consulting to a doctor before use. If the doctor confirms that the child has nail fungus, then Nailner can be used.

When using the treatment on more than one nail, can the other nails get infected?

Nailner treatments contain ingredients that fight against nail fungus, therefore the fungus cannot spread and infect other nails when being applied.

How long do I need to use Nailner for?

Treat the infected nail(s) twice daily for the first four weeks and once daily thereafter, until a healthy looking nail has replaced the damaged nail. You can use Nailner products preventively on the healthy nails (once a day is enough).

How long does it take until nails looks healthy?

This depends on which Nailner product is being used. Nailner 2-IN-1 gives visible results after 1 week as it brightens the appearance of the nail. For a fully recovered nail, the old nail needs to grow out and be replaced with a new healthy nail. The time it takes for the healthy nail to grow depends on how severe the infection, thickness of the nail and the size of infection. Toenails can typically take up to 12 months, fingernails are quicker.

How should Nailner products be stored?

Nailner products should be stored at room temperature and out of reach from children.

Do Nailner products contain Tea tree oil?

Nailner products do not contain any Tea tree oil.
